Investment Opportunities

In the marketplace of investment opportunities currently available, trust deeds, trust funds and other forms of real estate investments are emerging as a vehicle of choice for many investors.

Trust Deed or Trust Fund

  • An investor with a strong financial foundation may opt to aggressively invest their funds in individual mortgages and carry a number of large personally selected loans - Trust Deed investing.
  • Additionally, “investment pools” allow investors from different categories of wealth to participate in a fractional interest in a pool of trust deed investments, where mortgages are combined to spread the investment dollars over numerous individual loans - Trust Fund investing.
